Presentation Skills- A full day course designed for anyone who wants to create and deliver a successful presentation but dreads the prospect of doing one.

Communication Skills- A hands-on workshop which examines the communication process and explores the best way to get your message across.

Client Care- This course has been developed by CBTS to improve the overall quality of client care. Areas covered include client retention, securing repeat business and how to build better relationships with all clients.

Assertiveness in the Workplace- This highly participative workshop shows clients how to develop and use assertiveness in the workplace. Course content includes
the creation of win-win scenarios and techniques for communicating with confidence.

Dealing with Difficult Customers- Behaviour and attitudes are explored in this seminar which gives participants tried and tested techniques for building rapport with difficult customers and for dealing with tricky situations.

Complaint Handling- Starting from the premise that a complaint is 'a second chance to get it right', this course uses role-play to show participants the best way to win back and retain customers who have experienced a failure in service delivery.

Disability Awareness- The Disability Discrimination Act means a lot of real change.This course covers all the adjustments required to comply with the new legislation as well as advice, signposting and examples of best practice.


Networking Skills – This half day seminar will give useful tips and
hints on how to make the most of your networking situations,
therefore enhancing your professional image, creating new business
opportunities and growing your practice.

How to Welcome Visitors from French, German and Spanish speaking
countries, offering basic language training and some advice on dealing with the
different cultures.
